Wow. It finally happened.
I have lived here for over 3 years now and have never locked myself out of the house. Mostly because my normal routine if I am leaving is to grab my wallet, then keys, then jacket. Also, as I walk out the door before I close the door behind me I always feel my pocket for my keys and my wallet. But, for some reason tonight, as I walked out the door, I locked it and closed it, and a split second after closing I felt my pocket for my keys, or rather my lack there of. To top it off, it was the night I couldn’t call my roommates as it was a night out for them. I didn’t want to interrupt them. It was cold, but I was only stuck out side for an hour and a half thankfully.
Though, while I was out there I remembered I needed to call T-mobile. they only did half of what I wanted, even though I know per policy they could have taken a payment -.-. I decided not to fight it or to call back and left it as is for now.

Speaking of T-mobile, I got to play with the new T-mobile G1 a day before launch (10-21). Woot. Felt good in the hands. I like the new slide style as it made a satisfying snap when it was opened or closed. Also, the fact that the numbers are separated from the other keys is a huge plus. I am sure I want one now, but I wouldn’t really use it at the moment. So, I will wait to order one.

Well, I finally got my own digital camera. Been wanting one for quite some time, so I got my Nikon s550 a few days ago and been playing around with it. Just wanted a decent point and shoot. Seems to do well and I am impressed on the photos it takes so far.
It’s kinda weird… I hate having my photo taken, but I like to take my own photo. Don’t know why.
I think this next week I am going to ride my motorcycle out somewhere and take a few pics of scenery or maybe the sun setting to test it out more. Also, want to test out the time lapse on something, don’t know what yet though.

I set a date of 9/18. I’m excited as it should be easy based on what I know and my expericance thus far. Until then, I will be memorizing the little things and numbers I might need on the test, and for real world application down the road.
Over the past few days I have been asking myself a question. I wasn’t sure if I was asking it because of recent happenings or because I was nervous about doing something I like. The question was; ‘what do I want to do in life?’. As in what job do I want to do that will ultimately make me happy. I know taking the A+ will point me in the direction of the job I have wanted since the 6th or 7th grade. Since then, the experiances I have had in school, friends, and family have also made me look at other jobs that I could do and possibly be happy. But, the more I think about it, the more I still want to do what I had set out to do. It helps that my friends, family, even ex-co-workers keep asking me ‘Why aren’t you in the IT field?’. I ask myself that question all the time too. I guess I am afraid that as soon as I get an IT job that I will mess something up and it will make me not love one of my passions.
Should I keep it only as a hobby and find another path in life? Or, do I persue IT and hope for the best? Maybe I’ll ask myself this question in 2 weeks after my test…

Honestly, I hate chrome. Chrome wheels, chrome tool boxes, chrome anything. I hate the way it looks…
But, google chrome is WOW. It is very slick, fast, beautiful, and with out the ugly chrome color to boot. This looks to be a huge step forward in browsers. I can’t wait to see what the developers that will make as in new widgets or plug-ins to highten the experiance that much further.
Actually, in the last few days, I was trying to finally get away from IE, as I do like its convienence and some other things it does… I really do not like mozilla/firefox… Am a big big fan of opera and its mouse gestures, but it does major things that I do not like as well… I admit that I had finally broke down and installed firefox and set up all my bookmarks and such and was tolerating it… I was then told of Chrome. Perfect timing. I will atleast give this a shot and try it. *Hoping someone will make mouse gestures for it.* And, I see I am not the only one : Chrome Forums. Actually, speaking of which. Didn’t opera and google make an agreement a while back. Maybe, they can collaberate on this one here…
Anyway. Thanks again Google for another great product. When do we get our Google Soda (or Diet Google Soda for that fact) or a Google LE car of the future?
